LE GALL

OUR MILK:
MORE THAN JUST A RAW MATERIAL

We need cream – and therefore milk – in order to make our dairy products. This is collected from as close as possible to our dairy, in lower Cornouaille, to ensure an excellent quality, sublime raw material.

Let’s make one thing clear:
without good quality milk there can be no good quality dairy products!

LE GALL

LE GALL MASTER DAIRY PRODUCER

Although milk is the result of, and the reward for, the incredible work done by our producers, it is also the clever alchemy of several key factors: the cattle breed, food quality, climate, herd management, etc.
To guarantee the excellence of our products, we have drawn up LE GALL’s own quality charter.

As a milk and cream collector,
the next logical step was for LE GALL also to market its expertise in milk.

PROUD TO COLLECT

HIGH-QUALITY MILK

Our establishment in Cornouaille and our collection area are obviously advantageous when it comes to guaranteeing the quality of our milk.
Thanks to its temperate oceanic climate, with mild winters and summers that are rarely excessively hot, Cornouaille is indeed a region that is particularly conducive to rearing livestock.
Benefiting from regular precipitation throughout the year, the climate allows cows to be put out to pasture for a large proportion of the year.

GAEC of the TANGUY brothers in BANNALEC (29)

" It is the rich and natural diet of the cows, but also their wellbeing, that make for a high-quality milk! "
Roland Tanguy
